keyboards

Some Titan owners don’t like the default virtual Kika keyboard. Since this is Android, it’s possible to install alternatives.

blackberry

Using cobalt232’s BlackBerry Manager, it’s possible to install the software BlackBerry keyboard that TCL shipped with its Android phones:

Settings, system, virtual keyboard, manage keyboards, toggle the switch for blackberry keyboard… Then click back button twice, tap physical keyboard then toggle show virtual keyboard to off… Then click back button 3 times and tap intelligent assistance then short cut settings, tap programmable key and select symbol key… Close settings and keyboard should function… Use red key to access symbols when required… You may need to restart your phone…

This worked on my Titan. I did have to restart the phone before it took effect.
